Letter of intent (Lol) and Proof of funds (POF) or Bank Guarantee Letter (BGL)

Commissions: Buyer and Seller are to pay 5% each, all totalling 10% of the entire sales of the property purchased to all Stakeholders (Facilitators) on both the Buyer's and Seller's sides, respectively.
