Requirements for Inspection:

Letter of intent (Lol) and Proof of funds (POF) or Bank Guarantee Letter (BGL) and other relevant documents with Buyer’s Profile to show financial capacity to deal, etc

Commissions/Agency Fees:

Buyer and Seller are to pay 5% each, all totalling 10% of the entire sales of the property purchased to all Stakeholders (Facilitators) on both the Buyer's and Seller's sides, respectively.

Note: Buyer will pay NGN3,700,000 to cover Seller’s minimum number of at least 2 persons’ mobilization/transport fares/logistics/accommodation/itinerary etc to facilitate inspection.
