If the buyer is ready to comply with these Terms and conditions, then he/she should call for an LOI address.

Any LOI written by an Agent other than the Buyer's company or his Attorney with the above requirements will not be treated

Note that a commission/Agency fee of 5% of the sales price is payable by the Buyer.
